The Hub

Completed in 2022, The Hub is the largest fully commercial retail development built in the Northside in decades. Built and owned by Greenville-based Fletcher Development, The Hub is a $5 million project that sits on the site of the former Sunshine Inn, which had long been a source of criminal activity before the City of Spartanburg condemned and acquired the property.

The Hub includes 16,700 total square feet of space that includes four food-and-beverage operations and the Wofford College bookstore.
