Supportive Services for Residents

NDG works with several local community partners and financial institutions to offer a variety of services targeted at advocating for a thriving Northside Community. Programs include but are not limited to: 

• Down Payment Assistance: NDG offers up to $10,000 in down payment assistance to local heroes working to purchase a home in the Northside.

• Financial Literacy: Helping families to be successful by offering financial literacy training on basic budgeting, banking, credit, identity theft, and homeowner insurance.

• Homeownership Workshops: Providing potential homebuyers with homebuyer education, financial and budget counseling to better prepare for homeownership. 

• Employment Referrals: NDG partners with local agencies to offer employment alignment in construction trades, hospitality, and the medical field.

• College Scholarships & College Reveal Days

• Free VITA Tax Clinics
